Check-In and Check-Out Policy
Check-in time is 3pm-10pm. If you arrive early -- between noon and 3:00 -- we will be happy to provide you with your parking pass so you can enjoy the beach or relax by the pool until your room is ready. Please call us at 410-289-8581 if you anticipate arriving after 10pm.

Check-out time is 10am. Late check-out (3pm or 7pm) may be available for a small charge. Availability of late check-out cannot be determined until 1-2 days before your scheduled check-out date. Please inquire when you arrive if you are interested in our late check-out option.

Cancellation Policy
Once your payment is processed and the reservation is confirmed, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first night of your stay will be charged if you cancel for any reason. You will receive a refund for the balance of what you have paid only if all rooms of the same type are booked for the entire time period of your reservation. If we are unable to book the rooms as required for a refund, you will receive an equivalent credit (less the cancellation fee) which may be applied to a future reservation. This credit is valid for reservation dates prior to May 1st of the following year. Although we will do all we can to maximize the amount of your refund or credit, it may be discounted based upon the rate at which we are able to re-book your room. Refund/credit amounts cannot be accurately calculated until your original check-out date has passed.

Payment Policy
A minimum 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. Full payment is required for reservations made less than 30 days prior to check-in. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards.
