*NOTE: All rates are subject to change without notice. This chart may be used as a general pricing range for The Burgundy Inn. Rates may not apply to special weekends or weeks such as Sunfest, Springfest, Memorial Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Bike Week, and/or The Car Show. All in season weekends will require a 1 or 3 night minimum stay for Friday arrivals and a 2 night minimum stay for Saturday arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
Once your payment is processed and the reservation is confirmed, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first night of your stay will be charged if you cancel for any reason. You will receive a refund for the balance of what you have paid only if all rooms of the same type are booked for the entire time period of your reservation. If we are unable to book the rooms as required for a refund, you will receive an equivalent credit (less the cancellation fee) which may be applied to a future reservation. This credit is valid for reservation dates prior to May 1st of the following year. Although we will do all we can to maximize the amount of your refund or credit, it may be discounted based upon the rate at which we are able to re-book your room. Refund/credit amounts cannot be accurately calculated until your original check-out date has passed. Payment Policy
A payment of 50% of the reservation total is required at the time of
booking in order to confirm your reservation. We accept MasterCard and
Visa credit/debit cards. Full payment must be received no later than 30
days prior to check-in.
