The Burgundy Inn offers a variety of rooms that accommodate any size group – from cozy Poolside Rooms that sleep up to 4 guests to our large, 3-bedroom Poolside Unit with a kitchen that sleeps up to 17 guests…and everything in between! Main Building
POOL FRONT ROOM

Our cozy, economical Pool Front Rooms are located at the back of the Main Building - on the deck and just a few steps away from our tropical pool. Each room has one double bed and one fold-out sleep sofa. The room also has a small refrigerator, microwave, and cable TV. Bathroom with shower. Window air conditioner in room from May to October.
EFFICIENCY ROOM

Our convenient Efficiency Rooms are on the front side of the Main Building, conveniently located by the parking lot. These rooms have two double beds and one sleep sofa. The kitchenette at the back of each room has an under-the-counter refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, small sink, cabinets & countertop. Full bathroom. Cable TV. Window air coditioner in room from May to October.
West Building
FAMILY ROOM

Our roomy Family Rooms are upstairs in the West Building. Relax on the shared front balcony and enjoy the convenience of the back-door entrance from the parking area, conveniently located behind the building. Family Rooms comfortablY accommodate up to 6 people, with two double beds and one queen-size fold-out sleep sofa. The room has a microwave, small refrigerator, and cable TV. Full bathroom. Window air conditioner May-October.
3-BEDROOM SUITE

Located on the ground floor of the West Building, this large suite sleeps up to 12 people. Bedroom #1 has one double bed, Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, and Bedroom #3 has two double beds. The living room has two queen-size fold-out sleep sofas and cable TV. The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, stainless steel sink, and lots of cabinets and countertop space. One full bathroom. Air-conditioning/heat.
2-BEDROOM SUITE

Also located on the ground floor of the West Building, this 2-Bedroom Suite can accommodate up to 12 guests. Each bedroom has two double beds. One full bathroom. Air-conditioning/heat.
North Building

This comfortable ground-floor unit on the front side of our North Building has a large private porch - perfect for people-watching while you relax with family and friends. Just around the side of the building and a few steps across our private deck area is the tropical pool. The suite comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. The front bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. The back bedroom has two double beds. The living room has two fold-out sleep sofas and electric fireplace. The full kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, stainless steel sink, and cupboards. One full bathroom. Air-conditioning/heat.

This ground floor suite at the back of the North Building feels cozy and secluded - with its private patio, gated entrance from 13th street (a very short 1-block stroll to the beach), and patio entrance to the pool. This suite sleeps up to 8 people. The bedroom has two double beds. There is a closet in the hallway just outside of the bedroom door. The living room has two double-size fold-out sleep sofas. The kitchenette has an under-the-counter refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, stainless steel sink, cabinets, and countertop space. Bathroom with shower. Air-conditioning/heat.

UPSTAIRS (3rd Floor of Building) - Bedroom #2 has 5 single beds and Bedroom #3 has 3 double beds. Bathroom with shower. Back exit from Bedroom #2 to pool area.
7th Street Apartments

The 2-Bedroom Apartment is perfect for those who want to be in the middle of all the action. This 1st floor apartment sleeps up to 8 people with each bedroom having one double bed and one twin bed. The living room has one queen-size sofa bed. The full kitchen comes with a stove/oven, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. The balcony area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
**All amenities (tropical pool, bikes, boogie boards, ice, etc.) at the Hotel on 12th Street are available for guests staying at the 7th Street Apartments. Free parking is permitted on the street by the apartment, plus one free parking space at The Burgundy Inn.
4-BEDROOM APARTMENT

**All amenities (tropical pool, bikes, boogie boards, ice, etc.) at the Hotel on 12th Street are available for guests staying at the 7th Street Apartments. Free parking is permitted on the street by the apartment, plus one free parking space at The Burgundy Inn.

There is a double-sized sleep sofa in the living room. Kitchens are equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and sink. In the full kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, sink, cabinets, coffeemaker, toaster (cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. not provided). Washer/dryer. One bathroom. Cable TV in living room. Window air conditioner in living room and bedroom (May through September). Bed linens provided. Guests must bring their own bath towels, washcloths, toiletries. One parking space in lot behind building.
